Snow

I didn’t think I could be ready for the snow after the brutal winter we had last year. I barely made it through. After the dump of snow we got, I realized something; it is beautiful. The white blanket covering the ground and laying daringly on the leafless branches has a somewhat calming effect. Yes it’s cold out, but there is beauty in it. I think it is true for life as well. Even though life can be cold and cruel, there is still an overwhelming beauty that can be found in it. There are people who can show us this and there are moments that will prove it. Where do we place our focus? Do we focus on the callousness of life and merely survive or do we seek out the precious moments that show us the true beauty of life? I think the answer is obvious here. The problem is that it can be difficult when we face trials to see this and to have hope that we can enjoy it. Allow yourself to enjoy good things; allow yourself to look up from your struggle and see the sunrise. Allow yourself to enjoy life and the people in it. You don’t know when your time will come. Remember this and as always keep the PMA!IMG_4783.JPG
